Embracing the unknown is a life long and never ending process. It is a choice that we make, not just daily, but within every moment.
What happens when you choose to embrace the unknown on every single level of your life - mentally, physically, and emotionally? You start to find beauty not just in the things that would have gone unseen if you didn't take that route, but you also begin to find beauty in the process of being there.
In this episode, a take one last look the past year in the unknown and reflect on not just how I have changed, but the process it took me to get there.
While this may be the last episode of the season, it is just the beginning of the journey.
To traveling inwards, outwards, and onwards.

Through this process of self-discovery and personal growth, there is the ever underlying theme of change, of moving forward, and of bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
But though that process, we can fail to see the very thing that we need in order to grow. While it may seem contradictory the very thing that we need to move on from here is to accept where we are at and who we are in this moment.
Accepting where you are and who you are is imperative because without doing so, we are constantly in a state of resistance against ourselves.
In this episode, I talk about how self-acceptance is both necessary and healing, and the steps we can being to take in order to get there.

When we talk about forgiveness, it is usually the desired state of being due to a particular event, person, or situation in life.
What we are missing in the conversation about forgiveness is a very important element: self-forgiveness.
In this episode I talk about the importance of forgiving yourself and why is it so necessary when it comes to healing and moving on.
Because, just as we can feel and experience pain because of the actions of others, so too can we feel trapped or burdened because of the own emotional weight that we are carrying within ourselves.

How do we forgive?
In this episode, I talk about what forgiveness is and the path that we must take in order to fully forgive.
We hold onto blame and resentment becasue in a way, it feels better to have a concrete reason as to why we feel a certain way. But justifying how we feel by blaming someone else only prepetuates resentment and keeps forgive at bay.
So then what is the first step towards forgiveness? Acceptance.
Accepting how you feel and why you feel that way. Being completely honest with yourself without attempting to hide it, change it, or deny it.
Because how can you move on when you are only denying where you are at ?
