Talking about overcoming obstacles and creative blocks and I'm sharing three of my favorite exercises that help me the most whenever I feel creatively stuck. Creative blocks and obstacles can come in the form of circumstances, thoughts and limiting beliefs, strong emotions - starting to observe our thoughts and emotions is one of the best ways we can begin to navigate that resistance and start to practice getting more consistent connecting to our truest selves and getting back into the flow!
