Paris Hilton is a pop culture icon. She gave me 10 minutes to talk about her latest and upcoming projects - from her contemporary art, to her upcoming documentary "Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir" out in US cinemas on January 30. Aquarius season, just like Paris (who was born on February 17).
