Do you take on too much?

In the past, I've been an absolute fucker for it. What can I say, I guess I'm keen.

The thing is, you only ever hurt yourself by taking on too much.

You are amazing at what you do, you really are. People want to work with you, so much so that you now have too much shit to do and not enough time, money or energy.

You deserve better than what you are dishing out to yourself. You're not letting people down by saying no, so say no mo0re often.

You are a truly amazing person and I 100% believe in you. I just think you need to be stricter on yourself when it comes to saying yes to projects.

You keep on doing your best, that's all anyone can do.

Are the expectations you put on yourself reasonable?

For many, the answer is no.

It can so easy to set the bar way too high, its part of being the type of person who wants to do their best.

You know yourself better than anyone, listen to what you know to be true. Make sure that your expectations are reasonable and realistic otherwise you risk disappointing yourself for not meeting some imaginary target.

Be kind to yourself, always.
