Jasmin Choice of Inner Wisdom Kinesiology is a Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine Practitioner based in Sydney and the South Coast.

Her work is described as transformative, insightful and warm. In Jasmin's space, clients are empowered by the discovery that they have the ability to heal themselves.

Meet Georgia Fulton, a PKP Kinesiologist in Melbourne, who is passionate about helping her clients break through patterns and triggers. She sees the bigger picture of their life and makes the connections between their physical and emotional health and well-being.

This is a beautiful conversation with a beautiful Kinesiologist, Jose Toussaint. She is heart-centred and passionate about helping her clients become self-aware through her sessions and bringing this awareness into their everyday life. She talks about how her client’s body tells her a story and to follow this story with all the modalities that you as a practitioner have learnt. Jose continues to expand on her own knowledge through learning new skills.

She reminds us to ‘walk our talk’ as practitioners, as you become a better practitioner when you look after yourself. When you are stressed or exhausted you are of no benefit to your clients. Take time out to meditate and look after yourself!

This is an interesting conversation about how we can use Kinesiology with animals. Joan provides us with some great tips and ideas on how we can work in this space. Important tips here to remember are finding the appropriate person to surrogate for the animal and also the meridians are a great starting place.

Joan reminds us to TRUST ourselves and the knowledge that we have and bring into our Kinesiology clinic. Often, we are our own biggest critic and hold ourselves back because in self-doubt and lack of confidence. She encourages us all to get comfortable with being uncomfortable to stretch our boundaries to continue to grow and learn. You have got this!

This is a beautiful heart-centred conversation with Marney about coming back to basics within our own Kinesiology business and as a person in our everyday life. As we continue to let go of not being enough and trusting in our own selves and our skills. Remembering that we are enough exactly as we are. We chat a lot about what this means as a Kinesiologist and how you can work with your clients from this space in your sessions.
