This joyful conversation with Tosca filled my heart with joy. Together we explored what joy is, what it means in our everyday lives and how we can craft a life filled with joy, more and more. Leaning into our personal choices that we make in every moment to live a life filled with joy.
Tosca even shares with us a few personal tips that she uses in her everyday life to create her joy-filled life. Including the 3 C’s….context (what is happening right now), choice (to take a moment to make the choice for joy) and connection (to ourselves and our bodies in this moment).
Mmmm….the result is pure joy!
This conversation is authentic and real as we delve into the real-life messiness of intuition. What it means and how we can invite in trust and surrender to begin to live and breathe with our intuition.

This conversation gifted me with a sense of acceptance and peace as I am reminded that the humanness of my life is just as important as the spiritualness of me!
During this podcast we discuss how do we bring someone back into balance, to help someone come back into alignment into their true state of health and healing. As to come back into balance within our body we need to address all the layers of ourselves, including the physical layers, spiritual layers and mental / emotional layers.
Allowing ourselves to be open to the greater perspective of life, as we begin to trust in our bodies!
This is a very informative conversation with Emma Turton as we lean into Medical Intuition, understanding how it works and how it fits into our everyday life and mainstream medicine. Always remembering that our answers and power lie within the present moment of now, away from the fears and stories.
This interview was filled with joy and connection. We explored wellness as a collective experience not just as an individual experience. A collective experience that includes everyone (past, present & future), every animal, the earth and social justice.
Wellness is not an individual path, it is our wider connection to our culture, one another and our earth. We are part of the whole and we are all equal within all of life.
This becomes a lifestyle as we allow our intuition to guide us and life a whole-hearted life, through heart-work!
We even explored courage and how courage originates from the Latin work 'cor' meaning courage of the heart! Looking within our own heart's truth with courage. Courage to heal in community.

This is a beautiful and vulnerable conversation with Julia. Julia reminds us of authenticity on our own journey, as we do not need to appear that we have it all together all of the time. We can be vulnerable within our own story. Julia shares with us the importance of self-reflection and to lay down any judgments that we may put upon ourselves. Always looking for the deeper meaning and understanding behind it to let it go. These are the tools and techniques that she uses for her own personal life and also for her clients.
This was a beautiful and connected conversation with Denise. Together we chatted about the importance of connection with ourselves, with our clients and with the greater world around us in nature.
