Retrain Your Mind to Win! Abandon Negative Thinking! | Dr. Rick Wallace  

"Where there is no vision nor dreams, the people perish!" (Prov. 29:18)  

If the dream/vision is big enough, it will pull you through even the darkest of times.   

"If the vision you have for your life isn't so huge that it intimidates you, there is a good chance it is insulting God." ~ Steven Furtick  

You have to make losing and stagnancy painful. The first thing you must do in this process is get away from those easy groups --- the ones looking for the easiest path to anything. Comfort rarely aligns with purpose.   

Next, write down three strong reasons why quitting is not an option. These three reasons will be your comforter in difficult times. They will be the forces that push you when you become weary, and you will become weary.   

Then, you will need to prepare yourself for success. Change your outlook. Change your approach. Change your standards, Change your expectations.   

Life doesn't happen to you; it responds to you.   

Retrain your mind and brain using the three "Rs:"  

Recognize ~ when your thinking and thought processes don't match your desires. 

Reframe - change your perspective and learn to look at things from a winning perspective that allows you the flexibility to adjust. 

Release ~ let go of the emotional stress you are harboring. There are 50 types of fear and they all shit down the brain's ability to function in reasoning and problem-solving tasks.  

Retrain - teach your mind and brain to focus on the task at hand and to look for the positive perspective and the solution to any issues. Whatever you focus on the most you will feel.   

Get out of your feelings, they serve no good purpose in your journey to success.
