In this episode, we discuss how suffering from an Identity crisis has led to Blacks literally imitating those who imitate us. We have been robbed of our identity and it is imperative that we get it back at all cost.

Instead of working on something that can be theirs --- something they have invested in --- trolls hover over the creations, inventions, and expansions of others for the purpose of causing dissension, confusion, and division. At this point in my life, I refuse to be baited by such minimal-minded individuals. I choose to focus on my work and to let the life that I live daily speak for me. This episode breaks down my approach to it all.

Bryce Gowdy is just one of a growing number of Black youth who have become so overwhelmed with life that they feel that suicide is their only option. Bryce's view of the world had grown so dark that he thought that it would be better to just walk in front of a freight train. The current mental health system is a joke at best. I can't tell you how many people I encounter who were turned away or simply got lost in the shuffle. It is imperative that the Black community answer the call for mental health resources for youth and adults. Let's talk about it.
