João santos is our chef here at Femmasteren on Ærø in Denmark. He comes from Portugal and used the first 10 years of his career working in a shop before realising his true calling was being a chef. He's been a chef all around europe and was educated in one of the most prestigious places in Paris. He's a great chef and an even more amazing friend.
