In todays episode we chat with Ashley, an egg donor! She talks us through her journey to becoming an egg donor and the process around becoming an egg donation. So far 8 babies have been born from her donations! Ashley is so passionate about egg donation, and discusses the relationship between egg donation and the recipients. She also clears up any of the questions you had for her.

A note below about some information in the episode with regards to the Donor Central Registry. Ashley states in the episode that the child must request the information but not the parents, which isn’t correct (at least for NSW). The parent can request the information if the child is under 18. There is also the option of the parents reaching out to the clinic prior to see if the donor is open to being contacted earlier if it is a clinic recruited donation in Australia.
