Sometimes podcasting—especially when you're unpacking the darkest chapters of people’s lives—can really take a toll on you. Season 2 of The Dichotomy Diaries is locked and loaded, but let me be honest… prerecording everything, batching edits, and stepping away from the mic weekly? It messed me up more than I expected.

I thought I was being efficient. But in reality? It made it easier to disconnect. To avoid. To put it off.

So here’s my reset: Okay Hear Me Out is my way back to weekly mic time. Unfiltered, unscheduled, and a little unhinged.
