Guy Needler is an old friend of the show and it was great to catch up with him once again. We discuss how good it feels to lead by example in doing the right things and thus how one can use selfish desires to positively impact the world. The body as a vehicle for our perpetual soul is another topic of conversation, along with the reality that we are all here to evolve. So the entire point is to change and grow one's opinions based on wisdom. Finally we discuss how good it feels to have a life philosophy whereby one always assumes others are doing the best that they can. Try it! Hope you enjoy the show.
Singing is Believing! Koolulam is a "social musical initiative" that is changing the world by putting out what I like to call "Fast Waves" or ripples of positivity in our world that physically must overcome the low vibration waves of war. Though it may not feel like that to founder and CEO, Michal Shahaf now due to the horrible war that is ravaging Israel at the time of our recording, she and all involved in Koolulam are undoubtedly slowly changing our world for the better and we owe them a large debt of gratitude as such. This is a fantastic interview with Michal who is trying to keep her light shining bright during these trying times. In fact, a new Koolulam song/video will soon be released which is a collaborative effort by music directors all over the world performing Madonna's "Like a Prayer" in the spirit of Peace.

Hempseed has always been legal in the US for human consumption and anyone in the US can simply go to their local supermarket and pick up some hempseed oil or hemp hearts in order to fortify their nutrition. Yet, for some reason, we are not allowed to feed it to our horses or to our dogs to aid nutrition or reduce inflammation.
Whether or not horses and dogs are allowed to eat hempseed may seem like a trivial pursuit for some, but those who are interested in a future where hemp can eliminate plastic, paper and toxic building materials are very interested in this topic.
While hemp is exponentially faster than trees at reducing CO2 from the air (and in some locations can be grown 2-3 times per year!), today hemp stalks are too expensive to be used as a replacement for petroleum and wood based products. However, if the associated hempseed is able to be fed to the farm animals, the economics of using hemp stalk as a more sustainable option to replace plastics drastically shift.
Dr. Kristine Ely from Virginia Tech has done research showing that not only is hempseed oil safe for horses, but horses who were fed hempseed oil:
(a) had NO cannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) contamination present in their blood
(b) DID have significant increases of γ-Linolenic acid (GLA), a unique fatty acid that is uncommon in horse's diets and which increases the horse's production of anti-inflammatory eicosanoids
(c) had NO other inflammatory biomarkers influenced by treatment
This show is with Barrie Schwortz who participated in an amazing mission with elite scientists to verify the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin and has been featured on Gaia TV and many other programs discussing this amazing artifact. Barrie runs theShroud.com website: "The Shroud of Turin is a centuries old linen cloth that bears the image of a crucified man. A man that millions believe to be Jesus of Nazareth. Is it really the cloth that wrapped his crucified body, or is it simply a medieval forgery, a hoax perpetrated by some clever artist? Modern science has completed hundreds of thousands of hours of detailed study and intense research on the Shroud. It is, in fact, the single most studied artifact in human history, and we know more about it today than we ever have before. And yet, the controversy still rages."
Mushrooms such as Reishi, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Turkey Tail are known as "Functional Mushrooms" due to their amazing health benefits and to differentiate themselves from "Medicinal Mushrooms" which are psychedelic in nature. There are numerous "functional mushrooms" on the market, but how is one to know what's in them and who to trust? Mycolove Farm in Ft. Lupton, Colorado organically produces these functional mushrooms and uses their fruiting bodies (not the mycelium) to create highly potent extracts which support health and wellness. We talk to the founder and CEO, Shane Schoolman, about these amazing foods.
Why are we here? A leading clairvoyant healer that is often featured on Gaia TV, Dr. Lauren Cielo joins the show to talk about the concept of the Soul Contract and how that fits with our journey here on Earth. We also discuss the chakras, energy-flow, and the concept of ascension. Great information for those who are curious as to why we are here and who believe in the power of the energy that is in us and all around us, but can't be seen.
Things are definitely changing but sometimes we don't realize that upticks in consciousness don't take a continuously upward trajectory. Rather, it's more like 2 steps forward, 1 step backward in terms of how our society's vibration is evolving. Author and medium, Guy Needler, is an old friend of the show and joins us once again to discuss our progress in raising the collective vibration of those here on Earth as well as the new books that he has in development. Enjoy the show!
Mushrooms are an amazing life form that have so many benefits for our society. Shannon Mead from No More Butts is working with a new mushroom technology that is cleaning up the waste from cigarette butts. Cigarette butts contain plastic and all sorts of toxic chemicals that are horrible for our environment. Shannon and his team have figured out a way to use cigarette butts as food for a variety of oyster mushrooms that can naturally decompose the cigarette butt and leave nothing but mushroom mycelium that can be used for a variety of industrial uses.
With a medical degree from Harvard Medical School and residency at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Michael Turner is a board-certified physician in physical medicine & rehabilitation who specializes in integrative medicine and brain health. We discuss a variety of health and wellness tips including how to keep your brain healthy, how to deal with the impact that long covid has on your brain, the benefits of functional mushrooms and the concept of Medical Freedom.
Brothers Chris and Joe Claussen’s journey into cognitive health and wellness began 25 years ago when they witnessed their grandfather succumb to Alzheimer’s disease. Eventually, their father suffered from the same fate, and they discovered they were next after genetic tests showed they had the strongest risk factor gene for Alzheimer's.
Prior to their father's passing, Chris and Joe experimented by giving their father mushrooms and for the first time in over a year, their father miraculously got up on his own, hugged their mother, and said “Honey, thank you for taking such good care of me.” Chris and Joe were so amazed by this that they created First Person to introduce more people to the power of functional mushrooms for brain health.
