Asia Oasis holds 2x Food Tasting Sessions which allow South Australia's Asian food vendors the opportunity to prepare and present their foods that encapsulate regions of Asia.

The food is presented and judged by their fellow peers. After the 2x Food Tasting Sessions have taken place and the scores have been calculated the lucky food vendors will have the opportunity to work with Asia Oasis to refine their menu and make sure they meet all the standards leading up to Asia Oasis which will take place from 14th - 17th of December in the beautiful surrounds of Pinky Flat in North Adelaide, South Australia.

This year's Asia Oasis will be back at Pinky Flat from 14th - 17th December 2023. Food vendors and Performers who are passionate about food and Asian Culture.
