For the next seven days, keep a simple journal or note on your phone for repeating number sequences.

Each time you notice 11:11, 2:22, 4:44, 12:34, or another sequence that keeps appearing, write down:

• the number
• where you were
• what you were doing
• what you were thinking about
• what you were feeling in that moment

At the end of each day, look back over what you recorded and ask:

What theme was active when this number appeared?

You may begin to notice that certain numbers show up around specific topics.

For example:

• 11:11 may appear around decisions, awakenings, or moments of expansion
• 2:22 may show up around relationships, harmony, or emotional balance
• 4:44 may appear when structure, safety, or grounding needs attention
• 12:34 may reflect progress, next steps, or orderly movement forward

The purpose of this practice is not to force meaning.

It is to notice patterns.

By the end of the week, reflect on these questions:

• Which number appeared most often?
• What area of life seemed connected to it?
• What was repeating in my thoughts, emotions, or choices?
• What felt like it was opening in my awareness?

Stargate codes become more useful when you track them.

The more consistently you notice them, the more your personal symbolic language reveals itself.

Choose one action you can take this week that acknowledges the threshold.

Keep it simple.

Examples:

• schedule the conversation
• start the journal
• say yes to the opportunity
• release the outdated commitment
• begin the ritual or meditation

The doorway strengthens when action follows awareness.

At the end of the week, reflect:

• Did clarity increase?
• What became easier once I named the threshold?
• What am I ready to step into next?
