🪞Soul reminder: Magic isn’t found in doing more — it’s found in doing what you already do, consciously.

Once you’ve made your spell jar or mini intention bottle:

1. Hold it in your hands each morning.
2. Take three slow, deep breaths.
3. Whisper your focus word (from inside your jar) aloud three times.
4. Visualize that frequency wrapping around you like light.
5. End by saying:

“I am aligned with my intention — and my life responds.”

Do this daily for the week — each repetition strengthens the energetic current you’re building.

Choose one everyday act to transform into sacred practice this week. Examples:

• Stir your coffee or tea clockwise to invite abundance.
• Spray perfume or mist your aura while affirming: “I am protected and magnetic.”
• Light a candle at night and say thank you for one thing that went right.
• Touch your keys before leaving the house and whisper: “May every door I open lead to alignment.”

🌙 The goal isn’t perfection — it’s presence.

Before sleep, hold your intention bottle or a crystal like amethyst or selenite in your palm and say:

“May my dreams reveal where my magic is strongest.”

Keep your journal beside the bed. Upon waking, jot down colors, symbols, or emotions that stood out. Dreams this week will reflect where your subconscious wants to bring more ritual and awareness.

End each day with a one-line gratitude entry that begins with:

“Today, my magic showed up when…”

This trains your mind to recognize divine flow in ordinary moments — the true purpose of everyday magic.

“When you live with intention, your whole life becomes an altar.

Every action is a spell.

Every breath is sacred.

You don’t need to find the magic — you are the magic.”

This week, instead of writing, we’re going to feel.

Mediumship begins when we quiet the mind and awaken the senses, so this practice helps you learn how Spirit speaks through your body and energy.

Find a Quiet Space.

Sit comfortably, spine straight, feet on the floor. Turn off distractions and dim the lights.

Breathe and Ground.

Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth.

Imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the Earth. Feel her steady heartbeat beneath you.

Call in Light.

Picture a gentle white or gold light descending from above, entering through the crown of your head and expanding through your chest.

Say softly:

“I invite only energies of love, light, and truth to connect with me.”

Listen With Your Whole Being.

For the next few minutes, focus on your senses one by one:

• What do you feel—pressure, warmth, tingling?
• What do you see—colors, flashes, faces, or patterns behind your eyes?
• What do you hear—tones, whispers, a song in your mind?
• What do you smell or taste—perfume, smoke, something familiar?
• What do you just know—a word, memory, or emotion that drops in suddenly?

Don’t chase or analyze—just notice. Spirit speaks in sensation, not volume.

Close & Ground.

When you’re ready, say:

“Thank you for your presence and peace. I close this connection with love.”

Take one more deep breath and press your palms gently against your thighs to anchor back into your body.

Reflect Mentally.

Ask yourself afterward:

“Which sense was strongest for me?”

That’s often your natural clair—your intuitive language.

Hold your Clear Quartz Channeling Wand during the exercise.

Let it rest against your third eye as you breathe, then place it on your heart for the final minute to anchor clarity into love.

A spell for intuitive clarity and spirit-safe communication

Purpose:

To open your intuitive channel safely and invite clear, loving messages from Spirit while strengthening energetic boundaries.

You’ll Need:

• 1 white candle
• A few drops of Lavender or Frankincense oil
• 1 small piece of Clear Quartz

Prepare Your Space.

Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed.

Take three slow breaths, grounding your energy before beginning.

Dress the Candle Correctly.

Place a drop or two of oil on your fingertips.

Starting from the center of the candle, anoint upward nine times, slowly turning the candle clockwise as you do.

Return to the center and anoint downward nine times, continuing to rotate clockwise.

This technique raises energy toward Spirit while anchoring you to the Earth — perfect balance for safe communication.

Set Your Circle.

Place the candle in front of you and put the piece of clear quartz beside it.

You can trace a small circle of salt, herbs, or even light around them to contain the energy.

Light the Candle and Speak:

“Flame of truth, burn pure and bright,

Bridge between worlds of dark and light.

Through peace I hear, through love I see,

Spirit of wisdom, speak safely through me.”

Sit in Silence.

Watch the flame. Feel its rhythm.

You might sense warmth, tingling, or emotional shifts — that’s your energy aligning.

Stay present for a few minutes and allow any images, sounds, or sensations to surface naturally.

Close with Gratitude.

When you feel complete, say:

“I give thanks for the guidance shared. The connection is closed with love and peace.”

Snuff the candle to preserve its magic — never blow it out.

Carry the Quartz.

Keep the clear quartz with you for the next three days to strengthen your intuitive connection and integrate messages received.

Repeat every three months as needed. Yes, you can use the same stone.

WEEKLY SOULWORK

Journal Prompt:

“If I knew my spirit guides could speak clearly to me right now, what question would I ask—and what would I be afraid to hear?”

Write your response honestly, without editing. You may find that what you fear hearing is actually the message you most need.

Optional enhancement: Before journaling, hold a piece of Clear Quartz over your third eye and breathe deeply for one minute. Then anoint your wrist with protection oil and begin writing. The quartz amplifies clarity while the oil grounds your energy.

Crystals:

• Black Tourmaline – Repels unwanted energy
• Selenite – Clears residual frequencies after readings
• Labradorite – Enhances intuitive sight while maintaining grounding

Essential Oils:

• Frankincense – Divine connection
• Clove Bud – Protection & courage
• Lavender – Peace & clarity
• Patchouli – Grounding after spirit contact

Flower Essences:

• Walnut – Strengthens energetic boundaries
• Mimulus – Eases fear of opening psychic channels
• Rock Rose – Calms energy after startling or intense spiritual experiences

A quick, potent spell for safe spiritual communication and energetic protection.

You’ll Need:

• 1 white tealight candle
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 drop of protection oil
• 1 black tourmaline or obsidian (small piece)

Instructions:

1. Create a small circle of salt in front of you.
2. Place the tourmaline inside the circle and set the candle next to it.
3. Anoint the candle with a drop of protection oil - 9 times from the middle to the wick and 9 times from the middle to the base.  
4. Light the candle and say:

Flame of light, shield of might,

Guard my soul through day and night.

Spirits pure and true draw near,

All else fades—I hold no fear.

1. Close your eyes and imagine a veil of shimmering gold light descending around you, sealing your energy field.
2. When you feel peaceful, snuff out the candle and carry the stone with you to maintain protection.
3. Dispose of the salt in running water or bury it to return the absorbed energy to the Earth.

Repeat every three months as needed. Yes, you can use the same stone.

Your Soulwork This Week

This week, you’re not just observing signs — you’re responding to them.

Spirit has been whispering. Now it’s your turn to whisper back.

Find a quiet space. Light a candle, hold your Spirit Token Bowl, and take three slow breaths. Feel the energy around you soften — that gentle shimmer when the veil thins.

Then write freely in your journal, beginning with the line:

“I feel your presence around me when…”

Let whatever rises come through — a memory, a scent, a chill across your skin. Don’t censor it. Spirit often speaks in images, sensations, or single words before sentences.

If you sense a specific loved one or guide, ask:

“What message do you have for me right now?”

“What do you need me to remember?”

“How can I honor this connection in the physical world?”

When you’re finished, close your eyes and imagine your words turning into light — energy traveling beyond time and space, reaching the one who sent the sign.

Place your hand over your heart and whisper:

“Message received. Thank you for finding me.”

Then slip a small symbol of that moment — a word, a feather, a stone — into your Spirit Token Bowl as a promise that you’re keeping the conversation alive.
