Strengthen Your Spirit Crew Connection

This week’s Soulwork is about creating space, opening channels, and building trust with your Spirit Crew. You don’t need to do everything—just choose what resonates and commit to doing it with intention.

In your journal, write a simple, heartfelt letter to your Spirit Crew. Let them know you're ready to deepen the connection. Invite them to show up in ways that feel safe, clear, and aligned with your energy.

💬 Sample Opening:

“Dear Spirit Crew, I know you’ve been with me even when I couldn’t feel it. I’m ready now to listen more closely and trust your presence…”

Keep a “Spirit Signs Log” for 5 - 7 days. Each time something feels like more than a coincidence - repeating numbers, symbols, dreams, sensations - write it down. Notice patterns. Trust your inner knowing.

Choose a small space - on a shelf, windowsill, or table - and create a Spirit Crew altar. It doesn’t have to be fancy. A candle, a crystal, a feather, a handwritten note. Each time you pass it, acknowledge your crew with a word, breath, or prayer.

If you have a tarot or oracle deck, pull one card each morning and ask:

“What guidance do my Spirit Crew want me to carry today?”

Write a sentence or two about the card’s message and how you’ll apply it.

Before sleep, place your hand over your heart and say:

“Spirit Crew, meet me in the dreamscape. Show me something I need to remember.”

Then drift off with openness. Write down any dreams or impressions when you wake.

✨ Reminder: You don’t have to “prove” anything to make this real. Spirit speaks the language of energy. What matters most is consistency, openness, and trust.

Focus: Tuning in to the spirits of nature

Focus: Discernment and energetic hygiene

• Reflect on the following:
• Have I been discerning in who/what I invite in?
• Am I grounding and clearing my energy daily?
• Do a mini ritual: Burn incense, visualize a golden shield around you, and say: "Only energies of truth, love, and light are welcome in my space.”
• Journal how it feels to stand in your sovereignty.

Focus: Receiving guidance during sleep

• Before bed, write in your journal: “Tonight I ask for a message from my highest-aligned spiritual guide—angelic, elemental, or galactic. Let me remember what serves me.”
• Keep your journal by your bed and record your dreams or first impressions upon waking.

Focus: Strengthening intuitive trust

• Keep a notepad or notes app handy today.
• Write down any:
• Repeated symbols (numbers, animals, lights, music)
• Unusual feelings of guidance or déjà vu
• People or events that feel “placed” in your path
• Reflect: What do these signs feel like vs. what you think they mean?

Focus: Closing the week with thanks

• Choose one being or type of guide that resonated with you most.
• Create a small altar space with items that represent them (stone, candle, leaf, star symbol).
• Write them a thank-you letter. You don’t have to send it—just write it.
• Say aloud: “Thank you for showing up. I am listening.”

Here’s your soulwork assignment, designed to deepen your relationship with your spirit guides in real time:

Set aside 5 minutes each day this week to connect. Choose a time that feels calm—early morning, during your evening wind-down, or even during a walk in nature.

• Light a candle or hold a crystal (Amethyst, Selenite, or Clear Quartz work beautifully).
• Close your eyes and say: “Spirit Guides, I invite you in. Please share any guidance or insight I need today.”
• Then be still. Breathe. Let the moment unfold.
• Write down any words, images, or feelings that come through.

Each morning this week, ask your guides to send you a specific sign that they’re near. You can choose one (like a feather, butterfly, number pattern, or song), or leave it open-ended with:

“Show me a sign in a way that I will understand.”

Then go about your day with awareness. What shows up?

Once this week—or every day if you’d like—write in your journal:

“What message do my guides have for me today?”

Write freely. Let go of needing it to make sense. This is your soul speaking with your support team.

🌙 Bonus Challenge:

If a name, image, or sense of your main guide comes through this week—write them a letter. Treat it like a sacred dialogue. Then pause… and write back as if your guide is responding. This is a beautiful way to practice intuitive channeling.

Your spirit guides don’t need perfection—only your presence.

Write these questions in your dream journal or say them aloud. Then place one hand over your heart, the other over your solar plexus. Breathe in slowly. Imagine a soft silver thread connecting your waking mind to your dreaming self.

When you wake up—even if it’s just one word, one image, or a strange feeling—write it down. That’s the thread. Pull it gently.

Your dream doesn’t have to make sense immediately. Trust that every detail you recall is a breadcrumb leading you back to the bigger message.
