Most of my time in therapy is spent helping people work through the "he said, she said, they said bullsh#t" of relationships to get to the core issues. However, before we can even begin to "explore the relational field", we need to take ONE crucial step, a step that CANNOT be skipped or avoided if our goal is to building healthy relationships with other people. Many relationships experience a great deal of turbulence, sometimes leading to break ups because NEEDS & EXPECTATIONS are not clear nor ever discussed. Learn how to turn your relationships around by following some basic steps. We have to walk before we can run.
By now most of us just want COVID-19 to be gone. If only it were that easy! Its like the unwelcomed guest that stayed for ever! We are saturated with information regarding its affects on our physical healthy and mitigating those risks which is important. In and out of session, I have been surrounded by people complaining about their weight; I am too fat, can’t lose weight, it’s so hard, too many events going on, it’s not a good time etc. I get it however these are all excuses. The frustration and struggle is REAL however we have the power to turn it around! We have to STOP COMPLAINING and START DOING for positive results.
