Dublin about a new local charge from Dun Laoghaire County Council which he says will be the final straw for businesses in the area.As part of the wine shops offering to customers they have three tables and chairs which they put outside, which Gerard admits become quite popular in summer months and good weather.A number of weeks ago representatives from the local authority, Dun Laoghaire – Rathdown Local Authority, issuing an application for a licence for tables, chairs, planters and items which were to be put in the street.
