After more than 40 years in the culinary world, Luke had experienced extraordinary professional success, including helping create landmark dining experiences at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. But his path also included tremendous setbacks, including bankruptcy in 2016 and the difficult process of rebuilding his life from the ground up.

Luke describes receiving a clear message during meditation that he needed to return to Italy. Days before leaving for Venice with his daughter Ellie, a remarkable sign seemed to confirm that he was exactly where he needed to be.
