Hey guys. I don't know about you, but lately there has been this fire inside me... this itch for some guidance. I have always wanted to be a part of something greater. A part of a community and I feel like I can no longer hold back. For a long time I have wanted to attend a church, but my old beliefs have always and still do get in the way of me pulling the trigger. In this episode I dig into it and encourage every one no matter what you believe in to lean into your faith and ask for guidance.

In this episode we dive into the world of supplements and my thoughts behind them. For a long time I would just pick up whatever supplements that were at hand or had the nicest packaging. I later noticed that some of them were doing the opposite of what I wanted them to do. I started feeling sick every time I took them. So in this podcast we go deeper into my experience with supplements. I hope you enjoy!
