Joined by Jeff Mendelson of Effectivo.Social we dive into the importance of having a digital footprint and letting Google know who you are, what you do, and where you live!

Jeff gives us an excellent example of what happens if you don't have an online presence and illustrates how invisible you and your business really are when there is no information about you online (even if you are literally sitting outside your doors!).

The importance of having a digital footprint today can not be overstated and for those of you relying on foot-traffic, or local communities supporting you, even THIS can be a 'hope and pray' strategy.

Creating original content not only builds your digital footprint, but it allows you and your business to be 'seen' by anyone in the area.

It's so important to understand why shareholder & employee agreements are crucial for your business!

Just like a pre-nup agreement, or a will, or even your insurance, writing things down and having all parties agree to it will save you so many headaches and so much MONEY and anxiety if the time ever comes that you need to refer to it.

Today we are joined again by Sam Micahels, JD, the founder of SM Legal and he is highlighting for us WHY we need to get things down in writing so that everyone involved has less stress or anxiety over what steps to take in the event that they find themselves in a situation where it's needed.

Think of your shareholder or employee agreements like a roadmap... it helps you see the path.

And for those thinking that, "well I'll just go to court and fight it"...Sam walks us through why a judge does not want to be involved in your corporate affairs so you'd better get things in writing to begin with.
