Nicholas graduated from University of Tampa in 2006 with a degree, but very little direction or drive Nicholas was less active, eating poorly, and participating in other unhealthy vices. It didn’t take very long for her to be in the worse shape of his life. Determined to change Nicholas’ destructive lifestyle, he joined a martial arts school in early 2007. That single decision turned Nicholas’ life around. Within a year of joining, Nicholas had lost over 50 ponds, was competing in her first amateur kickboxing match and totally in love with optimizing his fitness. Nicholas’ new found passion for fitness led to more kickboxing matches, endurance races and eventually becoming a certified personal trainer and starting his own fitness community.
