The other is a Vira Bhava Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor certification. Anna-Thea taught yoga for many years and now solely focus on her feminine leadership educational programs. After Anna-Thea’s first husband’s death when she was 39, her next relationship was with a man who preferred pornography over intimacy with her. It was a painful experience which led Anna-Thea to look at her own sexuality. In 2005 Anna-Thea took a 2 year program from the Divine Feminine Institute. There Anna-Thea became a certified Spiritual Sexual Educator and a Divine Feminine Educator, learning about how we heal our sexuality. It was a life transforming experience and gave me tools and perspectives Anna-Thea continue to teach about today. Anna-Thea’s teachings are sourced from her own deep personal experiences and studies in yoga, nutrition, psychology, astrology, numerology and the Divine Feminine Institute.
