On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles and Juan Carlos Gill welcomes Pam Drzewiecki. Pam started her business career in the insurance industry in 1987 as a pool secretary and moved through the ranks to being the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing for one of the most successful practices in the company with over 1 billion dollars of insurance in force. Even though she was extremely successful, she felt a calling to do more. Through her own discovery journey, and life experiences a desire to create a business where women were nurtured was what she wanted to develop. This is why Powerful Purpose was started. I love being an advocate for professional women. My business consists of coaching 1:1, helping draw up and market small businesses owned by women, self-discovery workshops, speaking and radio. Pam guides her clients in designing a roadmap for success while learning boundaries, real desires and "why" and "how" they will get to the next level. She is currently working on finishing up her first book.  It is a guide to help people grow and learn more about themselves - 30-day self-discovery inspirations. Stay tuned in the Fall to when it will be titled and published. Powerful Purpose loves giving back too. Last year I started a collection of gently used purses. I put out a call for all women who had one laying around (you know we all do) and asked them to fill it with the desired items they would find in their own purse. The drive was called “Fill the Purse for Purpose”. It started out to raise 8 purses and help one charity and it I ended up helping 4 charities with 80 purses! This is the give back part of my new company that is so important! She is also a wife to her husband, Michael and mom of 3 to Sean, Darci and Raygan. In those children, she and Michael have an amazing blended family right down to the pets, including; One dog Ziggy and two cats - Milo and Hobie.  Pam’s work is truly important to her lifestyle of juggling many hats that women have to wear – creating systems around time management, goal achievement, and work life balance is truly her passion. Creating a fulfilling life for all women! We all have a story – it is our story – but helping others define their story is my mission. To lean more about Pam visit http://www.powerful-purpose.com/. On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles and Juan Carlos Gill welcomes Janice Hoffman. In June of 1995, Dr. John Gray, author of the Mars Venus world, called Janice Hoffman, asking her to be personally trained by Dr. Gray as his first Mars Venus Facilitator. Since that day, Janice has trained hundreds of Mars Venus Facilitators and Mars Venus Workshops. What makes Janice unique is her relationship with Dr. John Gray. She quickly became the Training Director for the Mars Venus Institute. Over the years, Janice helped train over 550 Mars Venus Facilitators worldwide. As Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus rose to its ultimate success, Janice grew in demand as a professional speaker and relationship expert. Taking all she learned from Mars Venus, Janice condensed the Mars Venus philosophy, with her principles and created 12 easy-to-use, yet specific strategies. She added a "How-to" for men and for women for each “rule” to ensure their success. Relationship Rules quickly won first place with the Colorado Independent Publishers Association. Since 1997, Janice has presented her teen dating program, Get Smart Dating to teens in Colorado. Today’s teens now have a place to learn what guys and girls are thinking and why they behave the way they do when it comes to dating. Along with many high schools, the Get Smart Dating program is now being presented in Colorado’s county juvenile detention centers, and attention homes, helping teens learn about themselves and how to navigate their relationships. In 2016, Janice’s next book, Love Rules, 50 Strategies For Navigating Love and Life, will hit the bookshelves, giving adults and teens a roadmap for navigating life’s everyday challenges. Keeping the passion alive requires relationship skills. Janice Hoffman teaches men and women how to keep the passion alive and have fun doing it!
