On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win C and JC welcomes Mary Davisson. Mary is a CEO of WOW Enterprise, WOW Ministries, and Y not U publishing company who happens to sing. She is also a two-time published author, public, retreat, keynote, and conference speaker. Mary is actively involved in her community and her local church. Two times a year, she coordinates a quintessential ladies’ tea, and she has a favorite article in Grace Magazine called “It’s Tea Time.” She has been an innovator, speaker, singer and writer most of her life and an entrepreneur since she was in her teens. Mary is also known in the marketplace and in the non-profit arenas as a “cutting edge” trainer, collaborator, teacher, facilitator, qualified strategist, accomplished manager and financial advisor. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in General Studies and Business Administration; graduating with High Honors. She recently completed another degree, thereby, earning a Master of Arts degree with a centralization in Leadership, again, finishing with High Honors in the top percentile of her class. More, Mary has a strong accounting background, whereby she has fashioned curriculums for non-profits classrooms, for-profit staff training, and she has created a “bullying” pamphlet for pre-teens and teens. Also, her skills include operational management, systems analyzation and she is a keen culture evaluator. She says she is an expert in life, leadership and in the classroom because she tries to create an environment whereby students (especially women and leaders) want to grow, change when necessary and be life-long learners. In 2014 she taught a class that was filled and because of the overwhelming response to the level, she received the coveted Facilitator Volunteer of the Year Award. Additionally, she is an empowering mentor and coaching leader who has several years of persuading leaders, executives, companies, ministers, staff and those living everyday normal lives to not wear negative labels that others try to place on them. Further, she encourages people, to be “forward thinkers,” take risks and to think outside of the boxes that they are in currently. As they say, “her leadership model has a track record that speaks for itself.” She believes she has been called, christened, and commissioned to the markets, ministry and to missions--- to educate, edify, engage, empower, electrify, enhance, enlarge and to encourage others. On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win C and JC welcomes Lucas Robak. Lucas is a leader, visionary, strategist, and creative thinker. He’s the founder and executive director of Melody of Life Foundation, an organizer of Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, educates in a classroom environment, and is an author of multiple publications. After a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) was delivered to him on a silver platter, he became more empowered and motivated to bring value to the world around him. Graduating from college in 2008 with a BS in Flight Operations, instead of applying for jobs in a recession with a degree he wasn’t passionate about, Lucas invested his time to apply for 501c3 status and founded Melody of Life Foundation. The original mission was to help working families pay their children’s medical bills which insurance didn’t cover. After six years of helping multiple families, he learned about his MS and the new direction everything will take. Researching for weeks on how to successfully live with one of the most debilitating neurological disorders, he saw a clear need Melody of Life could fill. Soon enough, Lucas’ nonprofit started offering proven and recommended services which insurance doesn’t cover to people diagnosed with a chronic illness. With this new-enlightened sense of Truth, he dove head first into the holistic community and found himself the organizer of Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo less than two years later. Before all this took place, Lucas was reading a book to a friend’s son and decided that anyone can write a children’s book. A year later parents began reading his first book to their kids. Learning that some parents were reading it to themselves and therapists were using it in their practice, he published a workbook series utilizing inspirational quotes two years later for adults to being living a life they’re passionate about. The wisdom sharer that he is, Lucas conducts workshops, teaches classes, speaks, and organizes other events to provide the knowledge necessary for people to begin living a more fulfilled life. In his hometown of Milwaukee, WI you can find Lucas attending various networking events, writers groups, seminars, and pieces of training. In his mid-twenties, he made the decision to be a forever student of success. He trained to be a life coach and became a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He taught himself not only how to write and publish books; he learned how to position himself to be in the right place at the right time so others would think of him as “lucky.” Many people tell Lucas that he radiates positive energy and that his smile lights up a room. Then there are others who say he’s one of the most inspirational people they know with their results to prove it. As a selfless giver, Lucas wants nothing more than for everyone to reach their desired level of excellence by being the person he wishes he had in his life. Hang around with him long enough, and he will honestly tell you, “Anything I can do you can do better!” To learn more about Lucas visit http://www.lucasrobak.com/.
