Minnesota's own Caroline Wanga former Chief Culture, D&I Officer, and VP of Human Resources spoke to Black Twin Cities professionals in 2018 on her career trajectory and being our authentic selves. Graduate from Texas College in 2005, a small Historically Black Christian Methodist Episcopal College, Wanga rose through the Corporate ranks and shifted Target Corp culture through diverse professional representation of BIPOC and increased supplier diversity.
