  • A Sure Anchor
When life leaves you waiting and the ground beneath you seems to shift, where does your hope rest? In Hebrews 6:13-20, Abraham's patient trust points us to the promises of a God who cannot lie, and the passage leads us to Jesus, our High Priest who has entered within the veil. This message calls you to place your confidence in Christ and hold fast to His unchanging word. His sure promises give weary believers strength to endure and point the lost to the Savior.

  • Last Words
Westminster Confession of Faith Chapter 18 Article 2 Is the picture of kingship presented here realistic, or is it too idealistic? The sermon explores the theological distinction between wishful thinking and the infallible assurance of salvation, grounding this confidence in the divine promises and the testimony of the Holy Spirit rather than human merit. It then transitions to an exegesis of 2 Samuel 23, where David's final oracle describes the ideal ruler who governs with justice and the fear of God, bringing flourishing to the people like morning light and rain. The text contrasts this godly kingship with the destructive nature of wickedness, urging believers to pray for leaders who reflect God's law. Ultimately, the sermon identifies Jesus Christ as the perfect fulfillment of this royal ideal, who alone holds an everlasting covenant and reigns eternally from heaven, offering believers peace and hope in the present age.

  • Psalm 15
This sermon explores Psalm 15 as a direct response to the depiction of human depravity in the preceding psalms, asking who is qualified to enter the presence of the holy God. The text identifies the righteous one described in the psalm as Christ, who perfectly fulfills the requirements of blamelessness, truthfulness, and covenant faithfulness. By analyzing the typological connection between Mount Zion and the heavenly temple, the message emphasizes that access to God's presence is found solely in Christ, who remains unshaken in His mission to redeem. The sermon concludes with the assurance that believers, united with this unmovable Christ, possess a stable foundation and are called to persevere in faith rather than relying on their own merit.

  • Five ways to have peace in the midst of chaos
In John 14:27–31, Jesus promised His disciples a peace that the world cannot give, even as He prepared to face betrayal, suffering, and the cross. How could Jesus possess such perfect peace in the midst of such overwhelming circumstances? His example teaches us five ways to experience that same peace: First, trust God's Word rather than allowing fear and anxiety to rule our hearts. Second, look forward to the joy that lies ahead, knowing that God's eternal promises are greater than our present troubles. Third, remember God's promises fulfilled, recognizing that what He has spoken will surely come to pass. Fourth, live righteously before God, understanding that peace flows from a life of loving obedience. Finally, faithfully complete the work God has given us to do, just as Jesus remained committed to fulfilling His Father's will. True peace is not the absence of trouble, but the assurance that we are resting in God's promises, walking in His will, and trusting His sovereign purposes.

  • The Immutability of God
This sermon explores the divine attribute of immutability, asserting that God is unchangeable in His being, nature, and purposes. By contrasting the inherent instability of human life with the constancy of God, the message emphasizes that God's perfect wisdom and power preclude any possibility of improvement or deterioration. The text highlights that while God's dealings with humanity may appear to shift, His underlying covenant and promises remain fixed, providing a secure foundation for belief. For the believer, this truth serves as a source of profound comfort, assurance of salvation, and confidence in prayer, knowing that God's love and faithfulness endure despite personal failings or external circumstances. Finally, the sermon invites listeners to rest their souls on the unchanging character of God, who remains the same yesterday, today, and forever.

  • Blessed With Every Spiritual Blessing - Part 2
This sermon explores the doxology in Ephesians 1, emphasizing that God's choice of believers is an unconditional act of grace that precedes human existence. The central argument refutes the view of election based on foreknowledge by demonstrating that humanity's spiritual death and hostility toward God render self-initiated faith impossible. Instead, the Father chooses individuals in Christ, gives them to the Son, and draws them to belief through divine teaching, as illustrated by Peter's confession in Matthew 16. The message highlights that salvation is entirely the result of God's will and purpose, providing believers with unshakable assurance that those given to Christ will be preserved and raised on the last day. The tone is one of profound gratitude and praise, urging the congregation to recognize their status as recipients of every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.

  • Three Secrets…
Three Secrets of Well Diggers Genesis 26:1–33 Worship • Witness • Wells Revival is not about finding a new fountain but removing whatever hinders the living water of Jesus from flowing through our lives. This message explores the life of Isaac and the example of his father Abraham to reveal three essential characteristics of a revived believer: a life of worship, an authentic witness, and a commitment to helping others experience the life-giving grace of God. Abraham's pattern of building altars, pitching tents, and digging wells illustrates a life devoted to God's presence, lived with the understanding that this world is not our permanent home, and invested in meeting the needs of others. In Genesis 26, Isaac faced a famine while carrying God's extraordinary covenant promises. Yet, despite God's assurance that He would be with him, Isaac allowed fear to influence his decisions, deceiving others about his relationship with Rebekah. His experience demonstrates how believers can possess God's promises and remain in the place He has assigned them while allowing fear, self-preservation, and worldly distractions to compromise their fellowship with Him and weaken their witness. The message identifies three secrets of well diggers: 1. The Altar — Our Worship. Like Abraham, believers must make fellowship with God their highest priority. Worship is more than attending services; it is a surrendered life shaped by God's Word, sustained by His grace, and devoted to His glory. Public service for the Lord must flow from private fellowship with Him. 2. The Tent — Our Witness. Abraham lived as a pilgrim, looking for a city whose builder and maker is God. Likewise, followers of J

  • God Doesn't Follow Customs
The sermon examines the genealogical records in Genesis 25 to demonstrate that God's sovereign plan consistently bypasses human custom and natural expectation to preserve the covenant line of promise. By analyzing the birth of Esau and Jacob, the message argues that divine election is not based on foreseen faith or human merit, but is a sovereign act that stands independent of works, as affirmed in Romans 9. The preacher challenges the church to abandon traditions that contradict Scripture and to find assurance not in religious pedigree or personal effort, but in the unchanging purpose of God. This theological framework is presented as a source of profound humility and comfort, assuring believers that their salvation rests entirely on God's grace and His ability to complete the work He began in Christ.
