Asthma Attack

The continued 2nd part of the last episode and we go pretty deep and I ramble pretty much the whole time with some great insight from Jason.

The boy Jason is back again and make sure to listen to this and the next episode, Part 2, as they are together but had to have a break dealing with an issue with zoom.

I am back again after another long break. This is a brief update on what has been going on and what the steps are for the time-being moving forward. Thank you again to everyone that has listened and continues to listen. We will see what we can do to keep it going. Don't hesitant to reach out to anyone or even me if you're going through something. Everyone is dealing with something so give yourself and the people you know some grace. Bless up.

Sorry for the shorter episode! This might be a trend for a little while because if I want to have longer video calls again I have to either find something new to use or upgrade zoom and I really don't want to pay extra just to have slightly longer episodes but we will see. Listen to Nate and I catch up after he was on last year and we slightly dive into learning to be comfortable alone. Thank you to anyone who listens and is apart of the journey!

Listen to my good buddy Connor and I finally meet up in Sioux Falls and discuss mental health. If you need people to reach out to feel free to reach out to us!

If you're so focused on the end goal, you will miss all the great stuff that's around you in the current moment. Learn to ride the wave even at the low points. Thanks for anyone who listens to me ramble.

Wow it has been a minute. Just updating on the time away and what the plans are for this year with a little insight thrown in there.
