Aston Minerals (ASX: ASO) executive chairman Tolga Kumova joins Small Caps to discuss the company's nickel discovery at the Boomerang target within its Edleston gold project in Ontario, Canada. Mr Kumova notes mineralisation identified to-date at Boomerang is comparable in scale and tenor to BHP's Mt Keith nickel mine in Western Australia. He says Aston is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the burgeoning global demand for nickel, and will continue drilling to firm up a resource for the metal, while also completing metallurgical and engineering studies.
