On this episode of Aftershocks TV, Matt sits down with LEEWAY guitarist Michael Gibbons to talk about his new documentary on the band titles LEEWAY: THE FORGOTTEN ONES. Mike discusses the impetus to putting together the film and what his goal was in doing so. The guys chat about the never ending debate among Leeway fans as to what classic record was better, Born To Expire or Desperate and give their take and why. Mike talks about being a crossover band in the heyday of NYHC and how their metallic leanings made them stand out among the other bands in the scene during the later part of the 80's. Gibbons explains the reason for his exit from the band in the early 90's and the chances of a hypothetical reunion/reformation, the reason why he and lead vocalist Eddie Sutton are the only band members currently celebrating the bands legacy and much more.
