A record number of girls have bravely signed up to shave their heads in support of the Leukaemia Foundation, continuing the incredible legacy of Fairholme Senior cohorts. This selfless act not only raises vital funds but also stands as a powerful symbol of support for those battling leukemia.

In this episode, Communications Committee Members Lauren McAdam and Shumaila Wahab sit down with two of our brave participants, Haylee Crouch and our very own Maintenance Manager, Mr Shane Tessmer, to discuss their motivations, experiences, and the impact they hope to make.

Joy is an inspirational Aussie outback mum dedicated to making top-level fitness and nutrition accessible to everyone, no matter where they live. Through her company, ‘Off the Track Training,’ Joy provides simple, fun, and achievable health solutions that clients love.

Beyond fitness, Joy manages a large rural property with her husband Paul, while navigating life with three kids at boarding school, and home-schooling their youngest via Distance Education.

Hailing from England, our Head of Senior School Mr Tom McCormick brings a wealth of international experience to his role, having dedicated four years to the vibrant community at Fairholme College.

But there's one light-hearted debate that's been stirring the staffroom at Fairholme College: who makes the best scones? As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of the quintessential English treat, Mr McCormick brings a dash of humour and culinary expertise to the table.
