1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 1/2 cups almond milk.
Extra Small Raspberry Oat Bar
1/2 cup organic sunflower oil (or oil of choice), 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup flour, 4 teaspoons of raspberry jam, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice.
