Today’s episode asks the question, “Can a show like Big Brother, about lying and manipulation, teach us how to reach our goals in a smart and honest way?” Big Brother is a show about sixteen people with the same goal but only one of them will last long enough to clutch the grand-prize. The art of Big Brothering is like a twelve-sided dice. There’s a lot of intricacies in what it takes to piece together a “good game”.
You need to create strong alliances, keep good relationships, pick your timing, leverage your good qualities, compensate for your bad qualities, read into other people’s agendas and motivations, and most importantly, know yourself. If you don’t know who you are, all the good and all the bad, then you won’t be able to take inventory of your strengths and weaknesses. Learning how to hone your strength is just as important as learning how to atone for your weaknesses.
