Chris Webber from Make-A-Wish joins Trent and Patrick to discuss the 10th annual Pitchin’ for Wishes cornhole tournament. Pitchin’ for Wishes raises money to help Make-A-Wish of Central and Western North Carolina grant the wishes of local children that have life-threatening and life altering illnesses. Chris discusses just how many wishes the tournament helps grant, and also gives a look at upcoming events that Make-A-Wish has going on in the local area. Trent, Patrick and Chris discuss the biggest moment of the tournament when a wish kid had her wish granted. Kylie wished to have a puppy, listen as the guys describe how awesome it was to see the efforts of everyone involved in action.

This week Trent and Patrick are joined by Russ Woodard from Nixon Power Services. If the recent hurricanes have made you wonder “do I need a generator?” then this episode is for you! Trent and Patrick are joined in studio by Andy Pressley and Aeisha Davis of The Turnhouse Grille. They discuss some of the potential development projects coming to the Independence Blvd area of Charlotte, along with the new “brunch bill” that they believe will bring economic growth to both the city and the state.
