Racism was ingrained in me, and it was up to me to change my beliefs.⁣

Racism is a direct result of being disconnected from love.⁣
⁣
If you are connected to love, if you are in your body…⁣
⁣
Racism is not a possibility.⁣
⁣
It’s impossible for you to harm yourself, and it’s impossible for you to harm another.⁣
⁣
Let’s channel our frustration, sorrow, and grief into action.⁣
⁣
It’s not black people’s responsibility to end racism - it’s not their problem to solve, nor is it within their control. Because it’s white people, our disconnection from love, and our subconscious beliefs that are the problem. Which means it’s OUR responsibility. Which means we must be the ones to act.⁣
⁣
Let’s band together, lean on each other, and hold each other accountable with love and respect. The way we raise society’s standards is by raising our own individual standards.⁣
⁣
For me step #1 has been educating myself as much as possible, learning, and listening deeply to my black brothers and sisters.⁣
⁣
I’m currently listening to the audiobook “Why I’m No Longer Talking To White People About Race “by Reni Eddo-Lodge. ⁣
⁣
I’m dedicated to being actively anti-racist.⁣
⁣
And I’m dedicated to raising my standards for myself. I’m dedicated to connecting deeper to the love within myself, to sharing kindness with myself, so that I can then share that openly with others.⁣
⁣
Be love. Be kindness. Be the light. Be solution-oriented.⁣ There is no obstacle bigger than us.⁣ We must act, now, and it must start within.⁣

April 14, 2020 Using faith, love, and fucking badassery to overcome the mind and access your true potential
You are love. You are abundance. You are freedom. You are compassion. You are badass. This is your truth.
The way we access our full potential is not by believing everyone and everything is against us. It’s not by believing the lies in our minds created by a hurt and frightened ego. And it’s definitely not by having this “no” energy - “I can’t, I’m not, I don’t.”
The way we reach our full potential is by overcoming the mind and letting LOVE win over fear. When we re-connect to LOVE - the love within us and all around us - the unconditional love energy of this planet, this universe, this everything, and the power of our soul, and shift our attitude to:
“I Am, I Can, I Do, I Believe, I Receive.”
The possibilities are fucking endless and infinite it’s mind-blowing.

March 22, 2020 Why It’s Selfish If You Don’t Practice Self-Care
It’s more selfish if you don’t practice self-care. Because when your cup is empty, you have nothing to give. You withhold love, not only from yourself, but from everyone in your life, from the planet, from nature, from everything.
Everything is energy. The universe runs on frequency. So if your cup is empty and you’re being super stingy and cheap with your love because you have nothing to give, you’re on the frequency of lack and scarcity my dear. And so that is what you get back.
If you’ve been struggling and not having a good time, it’s because you’ve been shut off from love and you’re on the frequency of lack. You can’t be on both sides of the fence at once. It’s either love, or it’s not.
It’s time to come home to love. It’s time to practice self-care to heal yourself so that your soul feels safe enough to drop in and open up to universal love. It’s time to go within, listen to our bodies, re-connect and rebuild this relationship we have with ourselves.
Right now, more than ever before we are seeing how important this is.

When you are embodied, you’re not stressed, you’re not overwhelmed, and you’re not drained.
It’s when you’re disconnected from your body and only in your head that you’re stressed.
It’s impossible to be at peace within if you’re not getting into your body on the daily. It’s a habit, a skill, and a muscle, and eventually you’ll learn to be embodied 24/7.
Being embodied is one of the first things I teach my clients.
Because you can’t build a beautiful mansion (life of your dreams) when you’re stressed, in physical pain, have low energy, and constantly getting sick. Without strong foundations (you are the foundation) you will forever be taking 2 steps forward, and 2 steps back, which gets you nowhere.
When you learn to BE IN YOUR BODY, you access an unlimited amount of energy and vitality.
You can heal any ailment simply with your presence, because when you’re embodied, your immune system is safe to do its thing! You get out of its way, everything starts functioning properly, your energy sky rockets, and your beautiful sexual energy turns on as well. Listen to find out more!

When we blame everyone else for our problems, we completely give our power away. When we believe other people, things, and circumstances are the reason for our suffering, that leaves us feeling completely lost and powerless, because there’s nothing we can do to change or improve the situation - because it’s outside of our control!
So of course people are broke, sick, depressed, and filled with anxiety. That would drive anyone crazy!

YOU hold the key to the lock of your “cage,” and you’ve been the one holding it the whole time.
