One of the things that I wish I would’ve learned from day one was to not procrastinate. I’m sure you’re thinking I don’t procrastinate! But let me explain from a different perspective. If there are things on your to do list that you are putting off until you have the right person or a team that’s a form of procrastination. If there are small things in your business that you know you need to be doing, but you don’t like doing them so you don’t. That’s procrastination. What I’ve learned over the years is that you have to do the things you don’t want to do until you can pay someone to do them for you!
