Ike is not only one of my best friends, but he's the Director of Leader Development at Booster Enterprise and the owner of We Inspire, a Leadership Coaching organization.
Over the past few years, Ike has helped me walked through some of my toughest challenges as a leader. We talk almost every day. But lately, our conversations have been a lot different. I've leaned on him more than ever to let me into his world as a black leader, so I can gain empathy and understanding around the Black Lives Matter movement and the inequality that we (white people) have somehow swept under the rug as leaders for so long.
I honestly wasn't even sure what to title this episode because it's so awesome and we talk about so many things.
Fun story: Josh baptized me 5 years ago and told me I was the most jacked person he had baptized so far

If you've seen anyone walking around your city with a backpack on with weights in it (possibly carrying an American flag), then you've seen a GoRuck.

To others, Sal is the President of 1st Phorm, a dad, a husband, a friend, a leader, and a philanthropist. But he describes himself as a "regular dude who likes beer, working out and helping people". Sal has helped his brother (Andy Frisella) build one of the largest, but most importantly, most reputable brands in the fitness industry as well as the sports supplement industry - 1st Phorm. I've been wanting to do this interview since I started my company (Superfit Foods) and to be honest, we wouldn't be the brand we are without 1st Phorm paving the way.
Aaron Hinde is the President and Cofounder of Lifeaid / Fitaid and offers up a ton of great wisdom around how to navigate your business and yourself as a leader through tough times like right now (Coronavirus), and in general
