Taliyah Brooks joins the show to talk multi success, NCAA Championships, Basketball, Family, Long Jump technique, injuries, #FearTheFro and more!

Before Arkansas ever had an individual title in the pentathlon, Brooks was the runner up in the 2016 and 2017 NCAA Pentathlon. The multi eventer recently jumped 6.78m (22 feet 3 inches) in the Long Jump and as of April 6th, 2018, Brooks is ranked THIRD in the entire world with that jump.

Brooks plans on competing in the Open LJ and Heptathlon at the NCAA Championships, but is ready to do whatever her coaches and team need her to do.

Maggie Ewen of Arizona State University joins the show to chat about her four throwing events, compartmentalizing them in training and her goals for the 2018 season.

Maggie is the NCAA record holder in the Women's Hammer Throw and has recently moved up to 5th All Time on the Indoor NCAA Shot Put list. With bulging disks in her back, Maggie has to supplement some of her weight room training, but still manages to dominate the NCAA throwing events.

Lindon Victor joins the show the day after The Bowerman Award. Victor talks about having two Texas A&M representatives as Bowerman Finalists and explains why everyone was a winner at the 2017 Bowerman.
