There was not only increase but also change in pattern of crimes due to this Covid pandemic, The lessening of social and economic activity made an increase of unemployment and business slowdown, with lessening opportunity to work, poor people  indulge in crimes to sustain their livelihood. Also there was increase in black marketing of needed medicines, online frauds and domestic violence.

Its first time all over the world due corona pandemic which resulted in job losses business slow down people got confine into their homes due to various reasons like lock down, self isolation. Which resulted infighting among family members for various reasons. life financial distress, no way to leisure out, and travelling restrictions. Things are improving and people are learning to cope the tormenting time. but has a bitter memory which is hard to forget and forgive.

The rise of renal failure globally mainly due to untreated & neglected  ailments   viz diabetes, hypertension & kidney stone formation. After renal failure   dialysis & kidney transplant is the only way of treatment, which involves very much difficulties & problems, which i discussed in this episode. There is no mass media campaign against this health problem,  this unawareness is one of the major reason for its rise. In this ailment its not only the patient who suffer, but also his family members too suffers by financial burden & mental trauma  helplessly watching him dying a slow death. It may sound stupid today , but yes the five basic domestic appliances viz lpg gas stove, pressure cooker, mixer/blender, refrigerator & cloth washing machine how transformed our ancestral  house wife woman  whose job was motherhood & domesticity  into present multi facet functioning person, as house wife, mother raising children & a doing a professional job. How these appliances her provided enough spare time and energy to make her think of doing job outside. And how earlier life was so hard without these appliances.

Despite so much research and Innovations in the field of medicine. Still the complete cure for Renal or kidney failure has not been achieved and day by day its numbers are increasing. People who suffer from it, has to rely on Dialysis which makes their life dependent, isolated and crippled. Cut practice or fee splitting is most common unethical way of making money by the  doctors , hospitals and associated services  in the field of medicine. Many poor and ignorant patients are squeezed  while getting their medical treatment to which neither they can understand nor they can confront it in the middle of their treatment.  There is no any government authority to check,  questioned or challenge such malpractice going on at various hierarchical levels  of health care. My story ,  how I became a victim of this malpractice and my point of view how to curb it  through awareness among the people.
