Host Adam Burke sat down with professional handicapper Bryan Leonard of WagerTalk.com to talk about Week 1 to Week 2 adjustments in college football and three games by listener request, with thoughts on Central Michigan vs. Wisconsin, Western Michigan vs. Michigan State, and Minnesota vs. Fresno State. Then the guys shifted gears to the NFL to discuss how it is a much different handicap than college football. The also hit Titans vs. Browns.
    Wes Reynolds, contributor to VSIN, also joined us to chat some football this week. The guys tackled West Virginia vs. Missouri, Northern Illinois vs. Utah, Wyoming vs. Texas State, and Tulane vs. Auburn. The guys also took a look at Week 1 and some of Wes's strategies for betting on the NFL.

Host Adam Burke opened up the show chatting with Brian Blessing, the host of Sportsbook Radio and Vegas Hockey Hotline about Week 1 of the college football season with a look ahead to Week 2. Then the guys discussed the line movements that we have seen so far for Week 1 of the NFL and touched on Packers vs. Bears, Bills vs. Jets, and Steelers vs. Patriots.
    Professional handicapper Ralph Michaels joined us to talk Week 2 CFB and Week 1 NFL. The guys discussed some power ratings adjustments (or lack thereof) from Week 1 to Week 2. They also recapped some Week 1 observations before looking at Vanderbilt vs. Purdue, LSU vs. Texas, and Miami vs. North Carolina. Before we let Ralph go, we talked about Week 1 in the NFL and Ralph gave out a free pick for listeners.

He also took a look at the college football slate for Saturday and shared some of his picks and thoughts.
    On the second half of the show, which was recorded yesterday on Skype, Brent from DSI Sportsbook joined us for this week's version of The Odds Report. The guys discussed the business as only they can, with some great insights from behind the counter. They talked about a variety of college football games, some with sharp action and some that just had notable line moves. They also talked about what Andrew Luck means from a betting odds standpoint and about how that situation gets handled within the office.

He discussed the use of information to move lines and then looked at some of his futures exposure in college football and the NFL. We do have sharp action out there for Week 1 games in both college football and the NFL, so the guys discussed those and also more along the way about the whys and hows of the job.

    Thor Nystrom of Rotoworld then joined us to talk about his college football handicapping. His style is a very intricate one and this was a phenomenal conversation about different ways to handicap, the factors that matter, and about the meshing of the new school and the old school that he uses to pick games. We had a chance to scratch the surface with Thor on this episode and can't wait to see what else he has in store.
