Anger has the ability to produce positive or negative results.  Irrational anger damages relationships.  Do you have issues like that?

A fit of rage rarely results in a good outcome.  So what if you could avoid that behavior?  Something to consider.

Anger is not always a bad emotion.  It's like letting steam off.  But the behaviors associated with anger are the issues that can get you into trouble.  

A lifetime of anger.  Not being able to let go of all the things that you perceived were done at your expense to damage you personally.  Imagine what that does to you internally and emotionally.  Not a great way to live your life, is it?

God's love for each of us loves us enough that even when mistakes are made, He is there to help initiate a fresh start.  That means you too.  

Anger can also be described as a motivator.  That's because it can be a pathway to pursue solutions to an issue.  Don't let anger be a dead end for you.

It's always tough to admit and take ownership of a bad choice.  Anger comes into play when we are upset with our decision.  Anger is a dangerous emotional tool.
