This week I sit down and talk with Hale Stewart JD, LL.M. Stewart is a Houston, Texas based attorney who focuses on alternative risk transfer programs. He is the author of U.S. Captive Insurance Law and Captive Insurance in Plain English. He also authors articles for Tax Analysts and IRMI.
