This episode the King and Eye reflect on the disappointing outcome of the Tyron Woodley / Gilbert Burns fight. In addition we looked at all the buffoonery that's taking place right now as far as blown negotiations between the fighters and Dana. It was bound to surface. Why not now?

This week's guest is Charles Mason. He is the head wrestling coach at Mount St. Joseph. Charles was voted the 2019  rookie head coach of the year and the 2020 regional head coach of the year. In this episode, Charles talks about the backlash of the Coronavirus and how it affected the season. He also talked briefly about his college experience, and lifelong friendships that were built during that time. In addition, he talked about the post college transition and finding his way as a coach, which ultimately lead him to becoming the head coach at MSJ. 

        This week we welcomed in Marcus Nall aka Ohio Runs Boxing. Marcus is a respected personality amongst the members of the boxing community. He is a lifelong fan who frequently blogs about the sport. His passion mixed with his own unique creativity talented has earned him a solid following across the social media platforms. This past Sunday, Marcus chopped it up with us, and gave us Ohio Runs Boxing's perspective on the Heavyweight match up between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury. The build up and the aftermath. It's obvious after talking with Marcus, he"s a legit historian of the sport. He's a databank of boxing knowledge. And in my opinion, he could outshine most current sitting boxing media analysts today. In addition, Marcus talked about amateur and pro talent coming up and out of OHIO. The future of boxing looks great, across the board and especially at Heavyweight. Just a few days ago, UFC Strawweight champion Weili Zhang’s manager, Brian Butler, stated that Zhang’s camp was going great and did not seem to anticipate any changes. Something has changed since then, as to avoid any potential clash with the virus, Zhang plans to head to Las Vegas quickly and finish her camp there. “The UFC has been working hard to expedite getting Weili and her team here for precautionary reasons. Hopefully, Zhang is able to figure out her visa situation quickly, otherwise she may find herself unable to leave China at all.

With speculation that Jones will make an eventual move up to heavyweight in search of another UFC title it’s possible that by the time Adesanya is ready for the grudge match “Bones” will no longer be at 205 pounds. Adesanya told “Submission Radio.” “I’ve never given a (expletive) about weight. Since when? It’s never been an issue for me. I’ve been a heavyweight in boxing, in kickboxing. I’ll do it in again in MMA. He can try and run to heavyweight, but I’ll chase him down. I’ll hunt him down if I have to.”

UFC authorities released an official announcement on Friday. Saint Preux, 36, popped for ostarine and di-hydroxy-LGD-4033, a metabolite of LGD-4033, during an out-of-competition drug test administered on Nov. 1. Both substances are prohibited of use at any time under the USADA rule book.Luckily, USADA was able to determine that the banned substances stemmed from a contaminated supplement provided to them by OSP. Neither substance was listed with the ingredients so the UFC veteran was unaware of what he was consuming.

The banned substances entered Saint Preux’s body back on Oct. 25, the veteran was eligible to return from his three-month suspension on Jan. 25.
