Emily talks about her Master’s degree and research position that influenced her analyst career at Everett PD. Emily’s badge story is different from most; she developed an app that collects vital data on homeless encampments. Emily also talks about hiring from the perspective of sitting on hiring boards and recently going through the hiring process herself. Emily is currently the Crime & Intelligence Analyst for the Marysville Police Department in Washington state.
