Episode 4:
In this episode of Atypical Daydream, host Josh Caldwell sits down with Keith Waggoner and Adeline Dante to discuss the unpredictable and sometimes bizarre reality of life on the road.
Keith Waggoner, a musician and surfboard maker, shares a story straight out of a disaster movie. When his 1977 Dodge Tradesman van breaks down in rural California, he and his band find themselves stranded for days in a warehouse that may or may not have been a meth lab, playing for free beer in a local bar where they definitely didn't fit in.
Then, Adeline Dante (Addy) of Adeline and the Philistines recounts her very first tour, which just happened to be with the legendary Daniel Johnston. Addy shares a magical and "totally innocent" encounter with the late icon after a show at a San Diego burrito joint that perfectly captures Johnston's unique spirit.
