Welcome to Walking Through Glass: The Podcast.
You are invited to ear-hustle on an intimate conversation where we discuss our journey, joys, and diva "hacks" that help us “walk through glass”.
Unscripted and Real.
We share our stories and give you our best strategies to navigate fear, anxiety, depression, limited beliefs, negative self-talk, and shut up the imposter bully beating up our self-confidence.
Walking Through Glass: The Podcast is not about breaking through the "glass ceiling" it is about the struggle we face as women on our journey which I’ve coined "walking through glass".
This podcast is all about telling our stories and LEARNING to live our authentic TRUTH.
Please join me in welcoming special guest Sue Guerrieri.
Meet Sue,
As a John Maxwell certified coach, speaker and trainer, I work with individuals in a group or one-to-one basis, I am very aware of the mistakes that we all make that hold us back I have been there.
Through my story of loss and grief I am still able to inspire, motivate and encourage anyone that has lost their hope and purpose in life and help them rediscover their unique inner strength and gift because I have done it!
I am a survivor of suicide, after losing my first born child I have had to rebuild my life again challenging myself by changing my mindset so that I am still able to see the beauty in life and continue on my journey of adding as much value to other people’s lives.
Life is a journey of highs and lows, we can’t always control everything that will happen to us along our life journey but what we can control is our minds and how we deal with challenging events. Everyday we are given a choice, we can choose to live our best lives in spite of where we find ourselves or live in fear.

Meet Vidhya ...
I am the founder and CEO of Zymmo. At Zymmo, we are building a revolutionary marketplace for the foodie community. Being a foodie at heart and a product strategist by trade has given me the perfect platform to execute this vision - to change the way people experience food.
My career spans over 20 years of being a technology executive in the financial services and retail industries. I excel at deeply understanding customer needs and applying technology to solve broad problems through innovation across these sectors.
Before joining the startup ecosystem, I have held many leadership roles in technology at companies like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Target. During these years, the global, fast-paced roles have given me a strategic perspective on organizations, technology, people and cultures.
With several years at leading banks and retail in multiple product roles, I have a hands-on view on innovation and impact while remaining strategic and business focused. I have managed large global teams and budgets of several million dollars to enable business profitability and efficiency through technology, while remaining extremely aligned with end users.
My social agenda includes environmental sustainability and well-being of the future generations. I am also an active mentor and coach to upcoming talent and especially passionate about diversity and inclusion of women in STEM.

There’s a moment when you realize…
doing more isn’t the answer anymore.
You’ve achieved. You’ve led. You’ve carried a lot.
And still, there are quiet moments where you question yourself.
Am I enough in the places that matter most?
Audacious Confidence: Where Stillness Meets Strategy is a podcast for high-capacity women navigating that exact space.
This is where you slow down long enough to hear yourself clearly—
and make decisions that actually align with who you are becoming.
Each week, we explore the real work behind confidence:
The tension between success and self-trust.
The pressure of showing up for everyone else while redefining yourself.
The moments where you know more—but hesitate anyway.
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about learning when to pause, when to trust, and how to move with clarity.
Inside each episode, you’ll learn how to:
Because confidence isn’t built in constant motion.
It’s built in the moments where you choose to be still… and trust yourself anyway.
If you’re in a season where something feels like it’s shifting—
This space is for you.
This is Audacious Confidence.
Where stillness meets strategy.
And where you stop questioning your enoughness… for good.
