Brad is training for one more 100 miler but has had a setback, he is recovering and will pick up his training now.

Rob and I ran 5 miles yesterday. I recorded lots of separate files, that I edited into 36:XX. I trimmed quite a lot from the originals. I have re-established them here for possible future use. Lots of good stuff.
