  • The Aliens Amongst Us Reveal The Life Force Singularity
Greetings Earth Humans. We are pleased to be back on our broadcast channel after what may seem to you like a long absence. Please don’t think that we aren’t sensitive to how committed you are to what you take as the natural state of things. You use what you call time as a way of making sense of life on the Earth planet, as we well know. We do understand that you are most comfortable when nothing fails to conform to your time paradigm. We actually think your adoption of sun cycles and moon cycles, although somewhat primitive, is quite clever. They do provide a convenient local reference for organizing the activities of Earth humans. The time paradigm lets you assign events to specific segments of what you refer to as history or sometimes as the timeline. At any rate, we do recognize that what you may perceive as our absence from an extended segment of your timeline may appear to reflect an absence from the Earth planet or at least an absence from this broadcast channel. Let us assure you that neither is a true understanding of what you call reality.

May we first express ourselves at the level of your reality. You are hearing us now as the identified aliens amongst you and associate that experience with what seems like a previous instance of hearing us as the identified aliens amongst you, using your time paradigm. From that perspective, you perceive the timeline segment as more extended than you might have expected. You then define that expectation failure as representing an unexpected absence. We want to assure you that you have been continuously hearing from us and have simply failed to recognize us. We have been here without interruption, communicating our messages to you.

There are important cognitive threads that we have decided to pursue with you during this broadcast. We realize that you may find each of them to be counter-intuitive, and thus may reject them out of hand. We nonetheless think that at least exposing you to them is essential to your understanding of what you think of as reality.

I will help you consider the first thread we need to discuss. It is the easiest to grock. Using your timeline paradigm, we have previously notified you of our intent to integrate into your midst so that we are indistinguishable from Earth humans. We have done that and thus have continuously communicated with you without your identifying the messaging as coming from us. You have heard our voices but assumed you were hearing from Earth human reporters, Earth human politicians, Earth human commentators, or other Earth-based sources. We disguised ourselves extremely well.

Unfortunately, other alien entities have also adopted the integration strategy and are promulgating their own messaging. They too disguise themselves and are as successful with their transparency as we are. One of the consequences of this is that when Earth humans hear what they think are legitimate Earth human sources of news, information and opinion, they have no way of knowing that the source may actually be alien to the Earth planet. We hope that you can grok this. Since you cannot tell whether what you are hearing, reading or seeing is of the Earth planet or alien to it, you should take nothing that purports to be legitimate news, information or opinion at its face value. We are strongly encouraging you to always be cautiously skeptical.

If I may, we would be remiss not to mention an additional dimension to the ongoing deception. Along with the alien element, there are Earth-based elements that intentionally introduce false and misleading content into the information flow. They disguise themselves as legitimate news sources, respected politicians, objective journalists, or as other trustworthy sources but are in reality the voices of elements intent on deception and manipulation for their own purposes. Appropriating an old Earth human saying,

  • Would You Like Working For You?
This episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast is mostly about leadership and leadership styles, but that sort of misses the point. As you listen, you will likely consider your leadership style. Even so, I hope that you keep the question in the back of your mind. Would you like working for you? More important is even another question. Why would great people want to work for you?

  • Boundary Crashers
Do you know about boundary crashers? I'm pretty sure you know about them, even if you hadn't thought about it like that before. They range from the annoying to those who should be put in a cage, just to keep them away from the rest of us.

Are you a boundary crasher? I suspect most of us are from time to time. We know better but don't always do better. Fortunately, our boundary crashing is mostly trivial; but for some people some of the time, their boundary crashing is very far from trivial. In this episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast, I consider boundary crashers and boundary crashing. Please press play and consider the discussion.

  • Be Open To Being Surprised
Are we as open minded as we like to think we are? Perhaps you are but most of us aren’t. We see what we expect to see and then we stop looking. We hear what we expect to hear and then we quit listening. We find what we expect to find and are seldom surprised. In this episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast, the discussion leads to a simple conclusion. Be open to being surprised.

  • When Management Style Is Not Your Choice
How much do you think management style matters for the success of the company, the manager and the employee? If it doesn’t matter, then it doesn’t matter; but if it does matter, then it matters a lot. What’s more, it matters a lot just who decides what the management style is.

Who decides? All three – the company, the manager, the employee – can’t be the decision maker. The responsibility for deciding rests with only one of the three. If you are or represent the other two, management style is not your choice. In this episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast, I discuss two quite different ways of answering the primary question: who decides? Please listen and consider which answer best fits your perspective on the most effective management style.

  • 30 Seconds Make A Difference
Can you work in an extra five minutes a day to make a difference to people who make a difference to you? Is it OK if not all of them are people you know or will likely pass by again? Oh well, if five minutes is too much, can you work in one minute a day for starters? That will let you work in two of the ten people for whom you could make a difference. Even at one minute, two is better than none. You will be sharing a half minute of your time with each person and 30 seconds make a difference.

Do you want to know how it works, how to make a difference in 30 seconds? Well, learning the secret takes closer to 10 minutes; but once you know the trick, it’s yours forever. Please listen and learn.

  • Keep Cool But Don’t Freeze
Did Mr. Spock have the right idea when it comes to handling one’s emotions? That would be staying emotionally incognito. Emotions, if he had any, were pretty well hidden. How well do you think that would work for you? You could be totally cool, as emotionally flat as a pancake.

In this episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast, I acknowledge that there are times when keeping our emotions hidden is the best approach to the particular situation. Most of the time though, that is far from the best way to relate to others, especially if our goal is to make a difference to those people who make a difference to us. A far better strategy is to keep cool but don’t freeze. Our emotions are an important element of who we are and keeping them under cover is a serious misrepresentation. Please listen and decide for yourself.

  • Just Going Along To Get Along
Now and then, just going along to get along is a really good idea. It’s the easiest and most hassle-free way to deal with some people and some situations. The key here is “some.” The problem starts when “some” transitions to “most” or even to “all.” Just going along to get along becomes a serious commitment to eventually disappearing as a valuable, important person who matters to you and who should matter to others. In this episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast, I discuss the down side of just going along to get along and suggest a healthier alternative. Please listen and consider where you come down on just going along to get along.

  • It’s That Crazy Horse Again
Here we are, picking ourselves back up and brushing ourselves off. It’s that crazy horse again.

Have you been there and done that? I’ll bet you have. I’ve been there and done that myself, more than once.

Was it failure or perhaps it was just one more of those things that wasn’t working out as we had hoped? At least it wasn’t working out on that particular dusty day. Failure is something to be reserved for very specific circumstances and getting tossed off that horse definitely didn’t qualify. Please listen as I discuss when not succeeding is a far cry from failure. It’s just that crazy horse again.

  • A Balanced Life Would Be Silly
Are you a fan of work/home balance or other versions of the balanced life? Keeping your life in balance is certainly a popular notion, especially work/home balance. As appealing as the idea is, I suspect it is probably not possible and is definitely not something to aspire to. More to my point, a balanced life would be silly.

a non-neglecting life would also be good, as would a life where every aspect gets its due, all the time, every time, no exceptions, no excuses. That too is simply not possible and trying to achieve it would be equally silly.

In this episode of Audio Tidbits Podcast, I discuss the why and what of the silliness and suggest a reasonable and doable alternative. Please listen and judge just how well a dynamic life would work for you as an alternative to that balanced life you hear so much about.
