In this episode Aunty Lou talks to Roa Almazan about her experiences growing up as a transgender person in the Philippines, her journey of coming out to her family, and her decision to move to a more progressive location.

Roa shared that she had a supportive family, which allowed her to transition at a young age and pursue her studies. 

However, she also described feeling isolated and having to hide her true self due to societal norms.  Despite these challenges, Roa expressed gratitude for her parents' support and shared her admiration for other trans women who had similar experiences.
