La Cuaresma es un tiempo de conversión, disciplina y fortalecimiento de nuestra voluntad para decir “sí” a Dios. En este episodio, hablaremos sobre el concepto agere contra, la práctica Ignaciana de ir en contra de nuestras tendencias desordenadas para crecer en santidad. Lent is a time of conversion, discipline, and strengthening our will to say ‘yes’ to God. In this episode, we’re talking about agere contra, St. Ignatius’ practice of going against our disordered tendencies to grow in holiness.
